There was a great rise in the stock market yesterday, but today the market came under pressure as soon as it opened. Sensex-Nifty, Bank Nifty, all Indian market indices are trading in decline. Nifty is trading at 25863, down 30 points, while Sensex is trading at 84400, down 150 points. Bank Nifty is also in slight decline.
A good rise is being seen in the shares of defense companies today, because tension is being seen between America and Russia. After America imposed sanctions on Russian oil companies, Putin has named this action ‘Act of War’.
Whereas out of the top 30 shares of BSE, 26 shares are on decline and 4 shares are on slight rise. The biggest decline was in Hindustan Unilever by 3.37 percent. Apart from this, shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank and Power Grid were down by about 2 percent.
