Weight Loss Story: People trying to lose weight try to lose weight through diet and workout. Those who do not have complete information try to lose weight through extreme cardio or strict dieting. but recently a Fitness coach Dan Go helped his client Bill lose weight in a very easy way. The fitness coach claimed that Bill’s weight dropped from 105 kg to 85 kg and his waist reduced by 6.5 inches without doing any cardio.
Coach Dan has shared his client’s journey on Instagram and has also told how he lost weight. So let us know what he did to reduce his weight by 20 kg and his waist by 6.5 inches?

While sharing a photo of his client, Dan wrote on Instagram, ‘Bill has lost about 20 kg in 90 days and he did not do any cardio. His waist has also reduced by 6.5 inches. His energy and confidence have increased a lot. He is now able to spend more time with his family and is feeling much better.
According to the fitness coach, Bill used to weigh himself daily and measure his waist once a week. He used to take photos every week to see his progress and then used to do DEXA scan to check the fat percentage. This helped him keep an eye on his progress.
Based on Bill’s sleeping and waking routine, a meal plan was prepared which was calorie deficit. There were plenty of nutrients in it. His protein was kept at 0.8 grams per kg, out of which he took 30 grams of protein in the morning, stopped eating snacks and did not eat anything even 3 hours before sleeping.
Due to lack of time, Bill used to do 30-minute workouts at least twice every week. He used to walk in the morning and night and set a target of walking at least 8 thousand steps every day. Through both these methods his stress level reduced and his weight was reduced.
Bill’s diet was also flexible because he used to go to many parties and also travelled. Many times he also drank Cortel but it was easily managed so that he did not have any craving to eat anything.
Bill started seeing himself at a good level, which gave him mental stability. All these things gradually gave him results and he lost weight.
