The accused who carried out the acid attack on a second year student of Delhi University have not been arrested yet. Meanwhile, information has come to light that the student had an argument with the accused a few days ago. Because the student had complained about molestation by one of the accused’s wives. At the same time, the wife of accused Jitendra has also made a big claim.
The accused’s wife said that on Friday I had earlier reached Bhalswa police station with my request that my obscene photo is with the victim’s father, get it deleted. Late night after the acid attack, Jitendra’s wife has given a written complaint of rape against the victim’s father Akil. On which the police is now filing an FIR. In the complaint, Jitendra’s wife has said that Akil had also sent my obscene photo to my husband Jitendra.
Acid was thrown while going to college
This matter has become completely complicated after the FIR lodged by the wife of the accused. According to the victim, this incident happened in North West Delhi It took place near Lakshmibai College. The victim told that when she was going towards college. Then his acquaintance Jitendra came to the spot with his associates Ishaan and Armaan and threw acid on him and ran away.

The victim also told that the accused’s wife had threatened him a few days ago. After which this incident happened with him. Family members also told that accused Jitendra used to molest the girl. About which both of them had an argument about a month ago. The victim had complained about this to the wife of the accused.
The victim’s brother also accused his sister of molesting him.
The brother of the victim student has also accused the accused of molestation. Brother says that the accused used to tease his sister. Regarding which the sister had complained to the wife of the accused. However, during the complaint the accused’s wife had threatened the sister.
Students Union came out in support of the victim
The Students Union has come out in support of the acid attack on a Delhi University student. President Aryan Mann met the victim student and talked about getting her justice. In this case, the police say that the accused have been identified. The accused will be arrested soon.
What did the police say?
Deputy Commissioner of Police (North-West) Bhisham Singh said in a statement, “The accused and his two associates had stopped the student on a motorcycle. The main accused has been identified as Jitendra, a resident of Mukundpur, where the woman also lives. Ishaan and Armaan were also with him.”
According to the woman’s statement, Ishaan had given a bottle to Armaan. Who threw acid on him. But during this time the student covered her face. Due to which both his hands got burnt.

The statement further said, “All three fled from the spot immediately after the attack. The woman was taken to Deep Chand Bandhu Hospital, from where the police were informed.”
Police busy searching for the accused
After the incident, a crime team and forensic experts visited the spot and collected evidence. A case has been registered under relevant sections of the Indian Justice Code, including those related to acid attack.
“Efforts are underway to trace and arrest the accused. CCTV footage of the area is being examined and local intelligence is being gathered,” the officer said.
