In fact, Guneet Monga recently appeared on Komal Nahta’s podcast ‘Game Changers: The Producer Series’, during which she was asked who would she like to replace late Irrfan Khan with Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the imaginary sequel of the popular film ‘The Lunchbox’? On this he took the name of an actor.

Recently, producer Guneet Monga talked about an imaginary sequel of the film and took the name of Anil Kapoor in place of Irrfan in ‘The Lunchbox 2’.

What was the story of Lunchbox?
Made in the busiest area of Mumbai, this film depicts a unique relationship between a single man Sajan Fernandes (Irrfan Khan) and Ila (Nimrat Kaur). Their tiffin deliveries are accidentally exchanged. Because of this small mistake a relationship is formed between the two. After which both talk to each other through letters.
