Bhojpuri power star’s wife Jyoti Singh is contesting as an independent candidate from Karakat assembly seat. She did not get the support of her husband but she definitely got the support of Khesari Lal Yadav, a well-known star of Bhojpuri cinema and famous for his rift with Pawan Singh. Khesari has openly appealed to the public to vote for Jyoti.

While talking to Aaj Tak, Khesari said that that woman needs the public, so please support her and vote for her. Because he cannot go for his election campaign. It is known that Khesari himself is contesting from Chapra on behalf of RJD Party.
