There are elections in Bihar and the stage of Panchayat Aaj Tak has been set in the capital Patna. On Thursday ’25 to 30… Nitish again!’ JDU working president Sanjay Jha participated in the program and discussed JDU’s strategy regarding elections. Sanjay Jha claimed that NDA government will once again be formed in Bihar under the leadership of Nitish Kumar.
He said, our coordination with NDA has been long. Once upon a time, the pair of Nitish and Sushil ji had brought about a change of power in Bihar. We have worked together. Nitish ji does not have any problem in working with BJP. He has the experience of working with Vajpayee ji and other leaders in BJP and he also remembers it.
On the seat sharing formula, Sanjay Jha said that one has to work in coordination with the new alliance. Contested elections together earlier also and looked at old figures. After that there was a conversation between everyone. But when the final talks took place, I was in Delhi. I spoke to CM Nitish Kumar and only after discussion with him the seat sharing formula was approved. JDU is a democratic party.
Sanjay Jha rejected the reports in which it was being said that CM Nitish had expressed displeasure over the seat sharing formula. Jha said that the ticket distribution was approved only after talking to Nitish ji. Before that, there was discussion about a round in Bihar also.

He said, there is no confusion of any kind in ticket distribution. We contested the last election of 2024 Lok Sabha elections and the figures of the same were seen. We have no quarrel.
On the question of contesting elections from 142 to 101 seats, Sanjay Jha gave old figures and accepted the idea of changing the seat number based on the results. Said on Tarapur seat that we were asked for a seat. Since Samrat Chaudhary had to contest elections from there, CM Nitish said that he is our Deputy CM. He should contest elections from there.
Regarding Chirag, he said that there are no differences between us. If there was a problem in 2020, then in 2024 we fought together and campaigned for each other. From today Nitish Kumar is leaving for election campaign. But the opposition has not been able to do seat sharing till now. Grand alliance has nothing to do with Bihar. Symbols are being distributed at night and then snatched back.
On the question of Chirag Paswan becoming CM, he said that no one has said this. It doesn’t seem so. We are fighting this election under the leadership of Nitish Kumar. Can’t say about 2030. Today I can say that Nitish Kumar will again become the CM of Bihar.
He said that we will get a tremendous victory in Bihar. In Bihar, gifts have been received from Purnia Airport to Makhana Board. Many projects have been gifted to us in the budget.
