Students have received excellent offers in the recent summer placement process of IIM Lucknow. This time the highest placement received was ₹ 3.95 lakh per month, while the highest placement for foreign internship was ₹ 2.5 lakh per month. Last year the highest placement was ₹ 1.43 lakh per month, which means this time students have got better packages than before. On an average, students have got placements worth ₹1.67 lakh per month this year.
In the process, the Institute of Management received over 580 offers for its 41st batch of Post Graduate Program (PGP) students and 22nd batch of Post Graduate Program in Agribusiness Management (PGP ABM) students.
The average placement this year was recorded at Rs 1.72 lakh per month, while last year it was Rs 1.50 lakh per month. The top 50 percent students of the batch got placements at an average of Rs 2.18 lakh per month. IIM Lucknow’s 2025 batch of 27 comprises 187 freshmen and 345 students who have substantial prior work experience in various fields. This mix of fresh talent and experienced professionals has helped students secure positions in multiple industries including consulting, finance, marketing, product management, operations, retail and e-commerce.

The summer placement process includes Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Alvarez & Marsal, American Express, Amazon, Arga Investments, Avendus, Axis Capital, Bain & Company, Bernstein, Boston Consulting Group, Citigroup, Colgate Palmolive, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, EY Parthenon, Godrej Google, HUL, Major recruitment companies such as ITC, JP Morgan Chase, Kearney, KPMG, Marico, Mastercard, McKinsey & Company, Media.net, MMT, Pidilite, Procter & Gamble, PwC, Reliance, Tata Administrative Services and Visa joined in to show their continued faith in the students of IIM Lucknow and select them.
