Well-known actor of TV and film industry, Satish Shah has said goodbye to this world. Satish breathed his last on 25th October at 2.30 pm. Actually, Satish was suffering from kidney related disease for a long time. Satish’s manager confirmed the news to Aaj Tak/India Today.

There has been a wave of mourning in the entire industry due to the demise of Satish. Everyone seems sad with his departure. especially johnny leverJohnny shared a post on X (first Twitter) expressing grief over Satish’s demise. Also shared an old photo with Satish, in which both are seen working together.

Johnny wrote- With a very sad heart I want to tell you all that we all have lost a brilliant artist and my best friend Satish. Our friendship continued for the last 40 years. It is difficult for me to believe that Satish is no more in this world. I had talked to him only two days ago. Satish Bhai, you will be missed a lot. None of us will forget the amazing work you have done in the world of film and TV.

Satish showed his strength in film and TV
Satish breathed his last at the age of 74. Satish Shah got recognition from the famous TV show ‘Sarabhai vs Sarabhai’. After that he started falling into the hearts of the audience. Satish was born in Mandvi, Gujarat. After studying from Xavier College, Satish studied from the Film and Television Institute of India.

In 1972, Satish married designer Madhu Shah. Actor started his career Bollywood Was done with the film ‘Lord Parshuram’. After this, he was seen in films like ‘Arvind Desai Ki Ajeeb Dastan’, ‘Gaman’, ‘Umrao Jaan’, ‘Shakti’, ‘Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron’, ‘Vikram Betaal’.

Then in the year 1984, Satish entered the world of TV. He did the sitcom ‘Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi’. Satish played 55 different characters in 55 episodes of this show. After this, he played the role of Prakash in the show ‘Filmi Chakkar’ in 1995 and also worked in ‘Sarabhai vs Sarabhai’. In both ‘Filmi Chakkar’ and ‘Sarabhai vs Sarabhai’, he was paired with actress Ratna Pathak Shah.
