For Pakistan, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has become such a scourge that it has become a challenge for it to eradicate it. TTP fighters are not only openly challenging the Pakistani Army, but are also directly challenging Army Chief Asim Munir.
Recently TTP Pakistan Has released a video of the attack carried out on October 8 in Kurram district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, in which, according to his claim, 22 Pakistani soldiers were killed. However, the Pakistani Army had said that 11 of its soldiers were killed in this attack. In the video, TTP has also shown weapons, vehicles and a quadcopter drone snatched from Pakistani soldiers.
Asim Munir TTP commander’s threat to
In the video released by TTP, its top commander Ahmed Kazim is directly challenging Pakistani Army Chief Asim Munir. The Government of Pakistan has recently announced a reward of Rs 10 crore on the head of Kazim. In the video, Kazim says, ‘This vehicle standing in front of you has been given to the Mujahideen by Allah. There was huge loss of life and property of the enemy in the battle that took place two days ago.
Ahmed Kazim is claiming in the video that about 22 Pakistani soldiers were killed in the TTP attack, which included Major Tayyab and Colonel Junaid. He says, ‘We burnt his car. Mujahideen have recovered many weapons. Insha Allah this war will continue. If you (senior officer of Pakistan Army) are a man, have drank mother’s milk, then instead of sending common soldiers like sheep and goats, come to the field yourself. We will make you taste the joy of war.
TTP had attacked in Dogar of Kurram district
TTP has released the video of the attack on Jogi military fort in Dogar area of Kurram district. TTP has claimed that in this attack its fighters captured a huge amount of ammunition, 20 rifles, two Hilux pickup vehicles and a quadcopter drone camera from Pakistani soldiers. This attack was led by Commander Ahmed Kazim himself, who is considered the ‘shadow governor’ of TTP.
TTP says that instead of sending its soldiers to die needlessly, the Pakistani Army should field its top officers on the battlefield. On October 21, Pakistani authorities had announced a reward of Rs 10 crore for the arrest or information about TTP commander Ahmed Kazim. This reward was announced in view of the increasing activism and attacks of this top TTP commander. Pakistani Army has not issued any official statement regarding this video of TTP.
