How four movements under the patronage of Pakistan Army became ‘Indian’ – action against TLP or Tehrik e Labbaik Pakistan army shahbaz sharif govt ttp tta pti opnd1

In 2017, Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) staged a sit-in at Faizabad intersection in Islamabad. Then a Pakistani general was seen giving money to the protesters. That strike had the support of the army. The purpose of which was to weaken the then government of Nawaz Sharif’s party. Recently the same TLP created a ruckus in Lahore. Alleged that the Pakistani government and army have bowed down to Israel under Trump’s pressure. As a result, Pakistani Rangers not only opened fire on the TLP protesters. In the raid conducted on its Lahore headquarters, it was claimed that Indian currency was recovered there. That means this organization was spreading anarchy in Pakistan at the behest of India.

Information Minister of Pakistan’s Punjab state Ajma Bukhari said on Thursday that her government has sent a case to the Central Government against the party indulging in anarchy by spreading religious hatred. It is feared that this is a hint to ban TLP. News has also come that the final approval to ban TLP has been given in the Federal Government meeting chaired by Shahbaz Sharif. This is the same TLP, which was formed in 2015 by Barelvi Maulanas like Khadim Rizvi and Afzal Qadri. This organization was provided land by Mumtaz Qadri, the murderer of the then Governor of Punjab, Salman Taseer. Taseer was against Pakistan’s blasphemy law and was supporting Asiya Bibi, a Christian girl who was implicated in a similar case. Why was his killer security personnel Qadri hanged? TLP people built a mausoleum on his grave. And presented him like a hero.

In the last ten years, TLP people have committed hundreds of murders in the name of blasphemy. A Sri Lankan businessman was also involved in this. When the same organization resorted to violence in 2021 and policemen were killed, the army that nurtured this organization said – ‘India has infiltrated into TLP, RAW has instigated riots.’ Those who were once sent to the streets are now being labeled as part of a foreign conspiracy.

Pakistan A strange trend has been going on in the history of India. The organization formed by the army and the intelligence agency ISI itself,
They later become his backbone. And when the situation goes out of control, only one name is raised in pamphlets, press conferences and on TV screens – ‘India’s Conspiracy!’

In such a situation, why only Tehreek-e-Labbaik, if we look at some other movements started by the Pakistani Army, the results seem to be similar there too.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI): From ‘army’s favorite party’ to ‘foreign conspiracy’

PTI was formed by Imran Khan in 1996, but the real rise of the party came after 2011 when the army and ISI decided to bring a ‘new face’ to stop Nawaz Sharif and Zardari. The 2014 D-Chowk strike went on with the soft support of the Army, and in the 2018 elections, the entire atmosphere was ‘managed’ in favor of Imran. All this happened so openly that it was said – ‘Imran Khan is not elected but selected Prime Minister.’

But the story did not end here. In 2022, when Imran started confrontation with the army, the situation changed. On May 9, 2023, when PTI supporters reached military bases, ISPR issued a statement – ‘India’s RAW is behind this violence.’ The ‘Captain’ who was once the poster boy of the army, was now accused of being a foreign agent. Today the situation is such that it is said about Imran Khan, who is lodged in Adiala jail for almost two years, that his Twitter account is operated from India. Not only this, Imran’s party is also accused of being a supporter of TTP.

Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistani (TTP): war with one’s own children

When Pakistan, along with America, started operations against Al-Qaeda in the tribal areas after 2004, the same fighters who were once trained for jihad by the ISI became the targets. The result was that they also turned their guns towards Pakistan. And with this, in December 2007, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) was formed under the leadership of Baitullah Mehsud. These were the same people who had once received funds and weapons in the name of ‘Afghan Jihad’.

When TTP attacked GHQ and Peshawar school, Pakistan again played the same old card – ‘RAW is funding, and the conspiracy is going on from Afghanistan.’ But the world knew that all this was the opposite effect of Pakistan’s old policy.

TTP and Pakistan Army are fighting a bloody war with each other. Recently, TTP has killed senior army officers in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa area of Pakistan. Whereas the Pakistani Army has carried out air strikes inside Afghanistan in the name of targeting the supporters of this organization. The war is still going on.

Tehrik-e-Taliban Afghan: ISI’s first creation, which got Indian stamp on it

In the year 1994, ‘Tehreek-e-Taliban Afghanistan’ was formed under the leadership of Mullah Omar on the dusty land of Kandahar. But the real brain behind this was Pakistan’s ISI. At that time, Pakistan’s thinking was that if an Islamic, Deobandi government was installed in Afghanistan, it would provide ‘strategic depth’ against India.

ISI prepared thousands of fighters from madrassas of Quetta and Peshawar. Gave them weapons, vehicles and training. When the Taliban captured Kabul in 1996, Pakistan happily recognized them. The same Taliban also helped Pakistan in the release of terrorist Masood Azhar in the Kandahar episode of Indian plane hijacking in 1999.

But after 2001, when the whole world started considering Taliban as a symbol of terror, Pakistan started avoiding Afghanistan. Along with America, he attacked Afghanistan several times. Pakistan captured many Taliban and handed them over to America. It was even said that Pakistan provided intelligence to America during the assassination of Mullah Omar. And now that Taliban has returned to power and is settling its scores with Pakistan, Pakistan has started saying – ‘India is destabilizing Pakistan from Afghan soil!’ That means till now the one who started the fire has become the fire brigade.

Same pattern: ‘Make, use, and blame India if the project fails’

This has been the strategy of Pakistan’s army for three decades. Sometimes Taliban in the name of Jihad, sometimes Lubbock in the name of religion,
Sometimes Imran Khan was promoted in the name of ‘honest leadership’. And when the same forces went out of control, the entire blame was placed on the ‘Indian conspiracy’.

This policy of ‘controlled anarchy’ gave Pakistan neither stability, nor democracy, nor security. If anything was found, it was another excuse for the army to maintain its existence. For which a new piece was sacrificed every time. With the old excuse that ‘they are proxies of India’.
