A heart-wrenching incident has come to light in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Here a young man kidnapped an innocent five-year-old child living in the neighborhood and brutally murdered him. Police investigation has revealed that the accused had his eyes on the child’s mother. In the CCTV footage, the accused youth is seen taking the child with him. At present the police is busy investigating this entire matter.
This incident took place in Barra area of Kanpur. Here Makhan Sonkar lives in a rented house with his family. His five-year-old son Ayush Sonkar suddenly went missing from home at around 1 pm on Friday afternoon. The family members searched nearby, but could not find any trace of the child, so they reached the police station and lodged a missing report.
The police immediately started investigation and analyzed the CCTV footage of the area. It was seen in the footage that Makhan Sonkar’s neighbor Shivam Saxena was taking innocent Ayush with him. Seeing this the police started searching for Shivam. Meanwhile, by evening the police recovered the child’s body on the banks of Pandu river.
Police investigation also revealed that accused Shivam Saxena had his eyes on Makhan Sonkar’s wife Mamta. He tried to grow closer to Mamta, but Mamta rejected him. In this anger he targeted innocent Ayush. The accused is absconding since the incident, several police teams are busy searching for him.
The accused had taken the innocent child on the pretext of chocolate
The child’s aunt Rekha told that my sister Mamta was taking the children upstairs in the afternoon, when neighbor Shivam came and said that he was taking Ayush downstairs to get chocolate. When the child did not return after some time, everyone became worried. A search was made nearby, but no trace was found. When the police saw the CCTV, Shivam was seen carrying the child.
DCP DN Choudhary, who reached the spot, said that information about the child’s missingness was received in the control room in the afternoon. The investigation was started after registering the report. When CCTV was watched, accused Shivam Saxena was seen carrying the child. Later the child’s body was found on the river bank. Investigation revealed that the accused kept an evil eye on the child’s mother. For this reason he committed this heinous crime. The police are now conducting raids to arrest the accused.
