Example given from Aryan Khan’s series
Akshay said, “You must have seen in ‘The Bads of Bollywood’ what situations the hero of the film goes through. The film clearly tells what a new actor should do and what not.” Then he looked at Karan Johar and said, “Don’t make a contract for three films. Give freedom to the new artist, let him work freely. It’s like he says – ‘If he is really yours, he will come back on his own.'” Both Shahrukh and Karan laughed at his statement.
Akshay also told about his method of choosing films. He said, “I always say that money attracts money, similarly work also attracts money. No work is small or big. Sometimes I like the story of a film very much, but my role is small, still I do that film, because I know that the film is good and I want to be a part of it.
He also said that discipline is very important to survive in Bollywood for a long time. Akshay said, “If you understand this, you can remain in the industry for a long time.”
