Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has announced temporary changes in the operating timings of trains in view of the Diwali festival. On the eve of Diwali i.e. on Sunday, metro services on Pink, Magenta and Gray lines will start one hour before the normal time. Now the metro will run on these lines from 6 am, whereas on normal days this service starts at 7 am.

Last metro on Diwali till 10 pm
On the day of Diwali, i.e. Monday 20th October, the last metro will run at 10 pm on all lines including the Airport Express Line. This is one hour earlier than normal days.

Rest of the time operation will be normal
DMRC said that during the rest of the day, metro services on all corridors will run as per normal timings so that passengers do not face any inconvenience.
