BJP has no plan to replace Nitish as CM after Bihar Election opns2

A very old journalist from Delhi, who has now become a famous YouTuber, meets girls gathered in a field in Patna. All these girls have come to Patna from remote areas of the state to prepare for police recruitment. She takes classes in some coaching center and is doing some exercises etc. in the field for the physical test. While talking to this old journalist, girls openly talk about voting for Nitish Kumar. This journalist sir is generally known as anti-BJP. Among about 2 to 3 dozen girls, he finds only 2 girls who want to try Jan Suraj Party once. However, both these girls are also influenced by Nitish Kumar.

The only meaning of narrating the above story is that in Bihar, the Chief Minister has been on the chair for the last 20 years. Nitish Kumar They are not occupying it just like that. Not only this, despite having fewer MLAs, be it BJP or RJD, they are ready to present the CM’s chair to him on a platter. Actually Nitish Kumar is an experienced player of politics. He has created such a big bank of EBC voters and women voters in Bihar that people sitting in Delhi cannot understand it without reaching Bihar.

Perhaps this is the reason why the Home Minister of the country Amit Shah Reached Nitish Kumar’s house in Patna on Friday to meet him. In fact, Shah’s statement given in Aaj Tak Panchayat on Thursday was interpreted to mean that if NDA wins, the MLAs will decide who will be the CM of Bihar. Obviously, Shah himself reached the CM’s house to ensure that a wrong message is not sent among the voters.

1-It was decided in the seat distribution itself that JDU cannot be ignored.

NDA’s seat distribution gives a clear message that Janata Dal United It is impossible to ignore. Out of total 243 seats, BJP and JDU got 101-101 seats. This similarity not only strengthens Nitish Kumar’s leadership, but also highlights the strategic compulsion of BJP. LJP (Ram Vilas) got 29 seats and HAM-RLM got 6-6 seats. Obviously, NDA opponents are alleging that complete preparations have been made to oust Nitish Kumar. For this, LJP has been deliberately given 29 seats.

Now imagine that in 2020, when BJP made Nitish Kumar the CM even after winning 29 seats more than Janata Dal United. If there was an intention to sideline Nitish Kumar, his seats would have been reduced on the basis of 2020. But this was not done. Those who give the example of Maharashtra and Eknath Shinde should understand that even before the elections there, by giving less seats to Eknath Shinde’s party Shiv Sena than BJP, it was shown that BJP is the elder brother in every situation. But BJP did not have the courage to do this in Bihar.

2-Neither Nitish Kumar is Eknath Shinde, nor does BJP have any Fadnavis in Bihar.

Nitish Kumar has been a big leader of the country. Sometimes he was counted among the contenders for the post of Prime Minister. In 2022, Fadnavis broke Shiv Sena, made Shinde the CM. Nitish Kumar has not joined NDA by breaking any party. Nitish’s Kurmi-Koeri-EBC vote (40%) is still bigger than BJP’s. Nitish Kumar changed the government 9 times, but JDU never broke, rather it always remained strong under his leadership.

On the other hand, BJP does not have any leader who is famous throughout the state like Devendra Fadnavis. Samrat Chaudhary/Dilip Jaiswal is not as smart and has as much influence among the people as Fadnavis. Secondly, Prashant Kishore has made such allegations against Samrat Chaudhary that now he has become a burden for BJP.

Apart from this, Nitish’s stature is so big that even today if he wants to break away from BJP and become a part of the Grand Alliance, then he will be welcomed there only by making him the Chief Minister. That means, whether Nitish is in NDA or Grand Alliance, he is the king of Bihar politics. In such a situation, BJP will not forcibly buy any trouble. That too when 12 JDU MPs are supporting the Modi government at the Centre. In such a situation, it is beneficial for both the parties to keep Nitish as the CM of Bihar.

3- Popularity is not the yardstick for BJP but Nitish’s story is different in Bihar.

No one can deny the popularity of Nitish Kumar in Bihar. Even today, women voters and EBC stand strongly with them. But this has no importance in politics. You will remember how popular Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was in Madhya Pradesh. He was popular among women also. But after winning the elections, BJP did not show any hesitation in removing him.

Similarly, BJP did not waste any time in removing the then Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Eknath Shinde, for implementing the scheme of sending cash into the accounts of women every month and implementing many public welfare schemes. It is obvious that the opposition keeps attacking BJP on these two examples every day. On this basis, the opposition says that after the elections, BJP will make Nitish Kumar Eknath Shinde.

But don’t you understand that Eknath Shinde had no option of going with anyone in Maharashtra and Shivraj Singh Chauhan had no option of going with anyone in Madhya Pradesh. Whereas this is not the case in Bihar. BJP understands very well that after the election results are out, Nitish Kumar can go towards the Grand Alliance any time. And it is also certain that RJD will be ready to give him the post of CM. In such a situation, BJP is not going to do any such work, which is probably the reason why Nitish Kumar’s importance will remain after the elections.

4-What did Amit Shah say due to which the stir increased?

Actually, the opposition seized upon Shah’s statement. All kinds of speculations started in the media. Sensing the atmosphere, Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday tried to put an end to this discussion by reaching CM Nitish Kumar’s house directly. But is it logically possible that BJP can sideline Nitish Kumar after the assembly elections?

In fact, on October 16, in the ‘Panchayat Aajtak-Bihar’ program in a major auditorium of Patna, Amit Shah spoke openly on the strategy of NDA. During the program, Aaj Tak asked him whether Nitish Kumar would be the CM face of NDA, to which Shah replied that we are contesting the elections under the leadership of Nitish Kumar. Even after the 2020 elections, when BJP got more seats, Nitish was made the CM because the respect of the alliance is important. After victory, all the allies will take a decision together.

Shah also dismissed rumors about Nitish’s health and ‘revolution’, saying that Nitish was a prominent leader of the JP movement and fought against the Emergency. His political life has been anti-Congress. This statement had an immediate impact on the alliance. JDU called it a symbol of ‘respect’, while the opposition (RJD) called it ‘BJP’s compulsion’. Shah further said, NDA’s focus is on development. Under the leadership of Nitish, Bihar has made progress in roads, electricity and education. Shah’s statement was an attempt to strengthen the alliance, which shows that ignoring Nitish is not only difficult but also impossible.
