In view of the assembly elections in Bihar, the Grand Alliance has started preparations to release a joint election manifesto. According to RJD sources, a joint manifesto has been agreed upon among all the constituent parties and it can be released on October 28 in the presence of Chief Minister candidate Tejashwi Yadav.
