RJD’s emphasis on social equation
Rashtriya Janata Dal continued the process of distributing symbols to its candidates till late Tuesday night. party leader Tejashwi Yadav Has been given ticket from Raghopur seat which is considered his traditional seat. Apart from this, tickets were also given to many other prominent leaders, including Mukesh Roshan to Mahua, Osama to Raghunathpur, Awadh Bihari Chaudhary to Siwan, Israel Mansoori to Kanti, Vishwanath Yadav to Belganj, Rakesh Roshan to Islampur, Anirudh Yadav to Bakhtiyarpur, Ramanuj Yadav to Sonpur, Ramanand Yadav to Fatuha, Alok Mehta to Ujiyarpur, Rambriksh Sada to Alauli, Surendra Ram to Garkha, Chandrashekhar Yadav to Madhepura, Arvind Sahni to Sarairanjan, Prem Shankar Yadav to Baikunthpur, Prema Chaudhary to Patepur, Dev Kumar Chaurasia to Hajipur, Shankar Prasad Yadav to Paru, Rahul Tiwari to Shahpur, Bhola Yadav to Bahadurpur, Mo Nihaluddin to Rafiganj, Chandra Hans Chaupal to Singheshwar, Niranjan Kumar to Gaighat, Anita Devi to Nokha, Munna Yadav to Meenapur, Shailendra Pratap Singh has been given ticket from Taraiya, Lalan Yadav from Sahebpur Kamal and Amar Paswan from Bochaha.
RJD’s overnight ticket distribution has filled the workers and supporters with enthusiasm. This time the party has tried to woo all sections of the society by giving opportunities to experienced and new faces. Earlier on Tuesday, Tejashwi took back the symbols distributed by Lalu from the party leaders, but late in the night he announced several candidates and distributed the symbols.
BJP bet on old faces
Bharatiya Janata Party also distributed symbols to the candidates from its state office throughout the night. This time BJP has placed bets on many new and old faces. After getting the symbols at night, the candidates have set out to campaign in their respective areas. It is clear from this strategy of BJP that the party does not want to leave any stone unturned in Bihar and is preparing to fight strongly on every seat. Earlier on Tuesday, BJP had released the first list of the day and announced the names of 71 candidates.
Chirag also distributed symbols
Apart from RJD and BJP, leaders of Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) Chirag Paswan also issued symbols to his party’s candidates in the night. Chirag gave the ticket to Raju Tiwari, while the symbol was given to Seemant Mrinal from Garkha seat and Sanjay Paswan from Bakhri seat. This time Chirag’s party has fielded its candidates on the seats under the alliance and a strong performance is expected.
