According to the information, compensation was given through BIDA (Residential Development Project) on the property of deceased farmer Jwala Prasad Ahirwar. In which his four brothers got more than Rs 35 lakh each. Jwala Prasad married a woman named Rekha 15 years ago and has two children. Elder son Anshu is 11 years old. While younger son Amit is 6 years old.
Jwala Prasad’s brother Rajendra told that 5 years ago his sister-in-law Rekha had left her two children and gone with her lover. Now after getting information about the death of brother Jwala Prasad and the amount of compensation, Rekha returned to her home. Ever since her return, she has been arguing about the money.
At the same time, the deceased’s son Anshul told that his mother beats him and does not even allow him to eat and drink. Mother is troubling us. We want to live with our uncle, mother left us when we were young and ran away with someone and now when father is finished, she has returned and is demanding a share. Because our father has received the beeda money.
The children’s aunt Malti says that my brother-in-law’s wife had left him and eloped with someone else 5-6 years ago. But when our marriage ended, she came to ask for her share. Because our brother-in-law’s land went to Bida and he got Rs 30-35 lakh. Since returning home, brother-in-law’s wife has been fighting for money.

According to the police, Jwala Prasad had purchased a 50×50 plot near Raksa Toll with a compensation of Rs 35 lakh. Out of which half the plot had already been prepared. The children lodged a complaint in the police station that their mother was keeping an eye on the plot made by their father and was threatening to sell it.
Raksha police station has kept the children safe with their uncle and the investigation of the case is going on.
