Morning
Sonam wakes up at 6 in the morning and the first thing she does is drink hot water with lemon. After this she takes a cup of frothy collagen chocolate coffee. At around 6.45 pm she eats 3 Brazil nuts which have been soaked overnight. After this, Sonam has a protein-rich breakfast at 9.45 in the morning in which she takes omelette and toast.
Afternoon
Sonam has lunch at around 1.45 pm in which she usually eats chicken pasta. At around 4 o’clock she again drinks a cup of collagen chocolate coffee.
Evening
By 5.15 pm, Sonam has dinner which mostly consists of chicken with toast and a bowl of yogurt and berries (strawberries and blackberries). And finally around 7 pm she drinks a cup of hot soup. In this way, Sonam enjoys healthy and tasty food while maintaining balance in her diet.

He also told that it is easier to drink coffee after drinking lemon water because drinking coffee on an empty stomach can cause problems like acidity, heartburn and fluctuations in blood sugar. At the same time, Brazil nuts are rich in selenium. Soaking them before eating further increases their benefits, especially for thyroid patients. Thyroid deficiency can cause problems like fatigue, weight gain and inability to tolerate cold.
Sonam’s breakfast and lunch have a balance of proteins and carbohydrates. Eggs and chicken create a balance with bread and pasta.
