Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary will contest the assembly elections. He will contest from Tarapur assembly seat. BJP has made him its candidate from this seat. Samrat Chaudhary will file his nomination from Tarapur on 16 October. It is believed that his contest will bring new enthusiasm among BJP workers. Tarapur seat is being considered a prestige seat for the party.
It is being told that in the nomination of Samrat Chaudhary Bihar Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath may also attend. It is believed that many senior party leaders and workers will be present with him. According to the information released by the Election Commission, till now no candidate has filed nomination from Munger and Tarapur seats.

With the nomination of Samrat Chaudhary, the election turmoil on these seats is likely to increase further. Preparations for posters, banners and meetings have started across the district. Now all eyes are on October 16, when Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary will formally enter the fray.
