The case of suspicious death of 14 year old Hrithik in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh has now started taking political color. Now the activism of SP leaders has increased regarding the death of Hrithik, who was returning after listening to Bhagwat Katha on 17 October. Where the SP leaders of Lucknow are calling this incident the result of a feudal-minded government and are accusing the BJP government of injustice and atrocities. Meanwhile, Unnao’s SP woman leader Annu Tandon met the victim’s family and spoke about justice, rising above politics.
The incident took place in Madau Kheda village of Sadar Kotwali area. It is alleged that when Hrithik was returning after listening to the story, the pet dog of Vishnabhar Tripathi, resident of Hindukheda village, barked at him. Hrithik abused the dog and went home. Family members allege that the next day i.e. on October 18, Vishnbhar Tripathi’s sons Abhishek and Aman picked up Hrithik from the house and beat him brutally. They touched the child’s feet, rubbed his nose, made him drink water from his feet and finally fed him poisonous substance, due to which he died.
The victim’s family says that the police has also made changes in their complaint and till now no strict action has been taken against the accused. Meanwhile, SP woman leader Annu Tandon came to meet the victim’s family on Saturday. He consoled the mother of the deceased considering her as his daughter and said that now there should be justice, not politics. Those who are coming only for politics are making the situation more painful.

Annu Tandon assured the family that Samajwadi Party and she herself will make every possible effort to provide justice. He told the family to take care of their remaining two children and have faith in the law. At present, the matter Unnao It has become a big challenge for the police and administration, while political rhetoric on this incident is increasing at the state level.
