Delhi Sigma Gang Encounter: On the basis of intelligence input, Delhi Crime Branch carried out an encounter in Rohini area, the sound of bullets was heard till Bihar. In fact, in this encounter, four dreaded criminals of Bihar’s notorious Sigma Gang were killed. In which the leader of this gang Ranjan Pathak was also included. Ranjan was that scoundrel, who used to commit murders with betel nuts in Bihar and after the murder, used to challenge the police by writing posts on social media.
Bahadur Shah Zafar Road is present in Rohini area of Delhi. Generally, there is less crowd on this road and when it is midnight, the crowd becomes even less. But on the same Bahadur Shah Zafar Road, on the intervening night of 22nd and 23rd October, first a hot chase and then such an encounter took place between the Delhi Police and the dreaded gangsters that by the morning the news became one of the biggest headlines in the country.
In fact, in this encounter, Delhi Police killed 4 such dreaded criminals one by one, who had become the biggest challenge for Bihar Police and the law and order situation there.
Sigma Gang… Yes, this was the name of this gang of miscreants, whose leader Ranjan Pathak had troubled the police. These criminals, who had reached Delhi from Bihar, were passing through this area in a hatchback car with a fake number. Delhi Police had received information about these miscreants from Bihar Police, after which the police started chasing them.
First, the police took their mobile numbers under surveillance, intercepted them and then fled in the darkness of the night and asked the miscreants to surrender themselves to the law, but instead the miscreants started firing at the police and all four miscreants sitting in the car had to pay the price with their lives.
Apart from Sigma gang leader Ranjan Pathak, his three henchmen Bimlesh Mahato, Manish Pathak and Aman Thakur were among the miscreants. Obviously, Bihar Police has heaved a sigh of relief after these miscreants have been eliminated. In recent times, the kind of heinous crimes committed by Prashant Pathak and his gang had increased the challenge for Bihar Police.
The modus operandi of this gang named Sigma and Company was simple. The miscreants of this gang were originally residents of Sitamarhi, Bihar and their entire life was spent in Sitamarhi. crime It is a horoscope. Bihar Police was searching for this gang for a long time. But these miscreants were so clever that they used to escape by dodging the police every time.
Sometimes Nepal, sometimes Delhi and sometimes Sitamarhi. Ranjan Pathak was a very dangerous criminal. He had no fear of law and police. Once he used to take betel nut, he would run away from Sitamarhi to Nepal and then give orders to his henchmen from Nepal and get the crimes done. After the crime, Ranjan Pathak used to flee from Nepal to Delhi along with his accomplices.
Ranjan Pathak used to prepare the biodata of his crimes himself. Used to share it on social media. Whenever his gang committed any crime in Sitamarhi, he used to take responsibility for it.
Seven FIRs are registered against Ranjan Pathak in Bihar. In which Arms Act cases are also included. There are 4 cases registered against Bimlesh Mahato and Aman Thakur. In which serious sections like murder and Arms Act have been imposed. Among the four criminals who were killed in the Delhi encounter, Manish Pathak was the only one whose crime horoscope was not found. The police are still investigating his history.
