Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has expressed deep condolences on the demise of Indian advertising giant Piyush Pandey. Scindia described Pandey as a creative visionary and the person who gave voice and soul to the Indian advertising world.
Remembering the creative talent of Piyush Pandey, the Union Communications Minister shared his work experience with him. Scindia wrote that Piyush Pandey’s art of storytelling was ‘true and heart-touching’, which brought magic to ordinary things and found emotions in every story of India.
Scindia recalled the time when he worked with Piyush Pandey on ‘Project Arrow’ for the Department of Posts. According to Scindia, Pandey had made a simple idea humane and memorable by giving the slogan ‘Postal Service-Public Service’.
He also remembered Piyush Pandey’s ‘warmth, intelligence and understanding of the heart of India’, which made that campaign special.
