Prime Minister Narendra Modi has thanked US President Donald Trump for congratulating him on Diwali by posting on social media. Recently, on the occasion of Diwali, the US President had called PM Modi and congratulated him.
Narendra Modi “President Trump, thank you for your phone call and your warm wishes for Diwali. On this festival of lights, may our two great democracies continue to show the light of hope to the world and stand united against terrorism in all its forms,” it said in a social media post.
