Thamma LIVE Review: Till now the horror universe had mixed comedy and social message in ghostly folklore. In ‘Thama’ this universe has brought a love story mixed with a folk tale. Has an atmosphere like ‘Stree’, ‘Bhediya’ or ‘Munjya’ been created this time?
How is the film ‘Thamaa’?
Ayushmann Khurrana And the first specialty of Rashmika Mandanna starrer ‘Thama’ is that it is creating a new world in this horror universe. This world is inspired by the folklore of Betal myth. The first half of ‘Thama’ introduces you to the world of Betal. Alok (Ayushmann) is a journalist who stumbles upon this unique world on an adventure. Tadka alias Tarika (Rashmika) helps him here. Alok starts falling in love with her. But the circumstances are such that their living together can spoil the balance between the world of beasts and humans.
As powerfully as the first half of ‘Thama’ creates the world of Betaal, its love story is equally interesting. Ayushmann’s signature charm and Rashmika’s beauty create the love story in the first half which is becoming the life of this story. The special effects are solid. Music gives the atmosphere to this love story which is preparing the further story. The first half of ‘Thamaa’ is set. There is a twist at the interval point which you would not expect.
Now let’s see what happens in the second half…so stay with us.
