Ashwini Vaishnav told that many youth have replaced their old smartphones with new ones. He told that there has been a record sale of TV, washing machine, air conditioner, mobile phone or set top box this Navratri. Their sales have increased by 20 to 25 percent.

India overtakes China

He said that the increasing demand for electronics is having a direct impact on manufacturing. Manufacturing is increasing rapidly in India. This is providing direct employment to 25 lakh people.
