One of many large adjustments in The Witcher 3 Remastered is which you could now transmog armor and swords, swapping their skins at will.
You may’t transmog at each blacksmith, solely the 2 grasp smiths within the recreation, Yoana at Crow’s Perch, and Éibhear Hattori in Novigrad, who will allow you to reskin armor and swords, respectively.

Grasp Armorers
Converse to Fergus Graem, the dwarf armorer at Crow’s Perch, and ask about mastercrafted armor. Then Yoana will ask you to journey to Undvik in Skellige to get well some blacksmith instruments.
Of Swords and Dumplings
Converse to Éibhear Hattori at his store in Novigrad, northwest of Glory Gate, to start out his quest and unlock him as a blacksmith.
As soon as you’ve got unlocked Yoana and Hattori, merely select the “reforge” tab on the highest proper when buying or crafting with them.
