FIRY stated the sale represents a totally realised money return of round 1.1x its unique funding.
Money return
CEO and founder Andrew Paradise added that the corporate is exiting in money and above its buy value, giving FIRY extra flexibility for its different companies.
“Exit Video games’ administration has constructed a fantastic enterprise round Photon, and we’re rooting for them,” stated Paradise. “We invested in Exit Video games in 2021, at what turned out to be the peak of the enterprise market during the last decade.
“5 years later, the common 2021-vintage fund has distributed 5 cents on the greenback, and most of that classic continues to be sitting in illiquid marks. We’re exiting in money and above our buy value. Money again on the stability sheet offers FIRY optionality in our different endeavours.”
Exit Video games administration has constructed its enterprise round Photon, which offers multiplayer networking know-how for video games throughout main engines and platforms. The corporate stated Photon is utilized by hundreds of video games, together with Stumble Guys.
